Smart contract management in NetSuite

What does ContractIQ do?

• Enter your contracts in NetSuite or retrieve them from an external source.
• Based on metadata (term, start date, notice period), an overview is created automatically.
• Contracts are linked to the attributes they’re about, so Saved Searches kan create every wished insight.
• You see the contracts in exactly the right place: for example at your Vendors and on Vendor Bills.
• Receive reminders the way you want, so you can terminate, renew or renegotiate on time.

What else do we do?

• Monitor a budget based on the contract. Linking expenses to the contract provides insight into the used and available budget that was agreed upon. This makes it easy to monitor a Vendor or you may be the best informed.
• We’re building smart OCR technology that automatically scans and recognizes contracts. Just like you may already be doing with incoming invoices.
• We offer assistance in importing existing contracts into NetSuite. The main desire is to get all contracts into NetSuite, which doesn’t have to take you a lot of time.
